1) How do you keep your prices affordable?

We know how frustrating it is to visit retail shops and be charged with hefty mark-ups associated with rental costs, warehouse storage etc. We offer a friendly and responsive online store for shoppers to shop with ease, peace of mind and convenience by trimming away unnecessary costs. 

2) Are there any additional charges or hidden costs?

Absolutely not! The prices you see on our website are nett and there is no GST charged on checkout. The only charges that you may incur will be for delivery, but fret not as we do offer free delivery with a minimum spend. 

3) Are your items in stock?

Our items are in stock except for pre-order items and otherwise stated in the product description. Pre-order items have a lead time of up to 5 weeks from placement of order to delivery.

4) I would like to visit your retail shop. Where are you located?

Currently we do not have a showroom. All our items are listed on our website and we will be happy to assist you with any queries you may have.

5) How do I order?

Simply click on your desired item, add it to your shopping cart with your desired quantity and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

6) Do I have to sign up for an account to place an order?

No, you may check out your order as a guest. However you are highly encouraged to sign up for an account to minimize the hassle of entering your details again for future orders.

7) I have a discount code, how do I apply it to my order?

Simply enter your discount code during checkout before your payment is processed.

8) How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments made via Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

9) Can I amend or cancel my order after payment?

We do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it is placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.

10) Has my order been scheduled for delivery?

We will send you a delivery confirmation email once your order is packed and ready for delivery.

11) An item is missing from my order.

We apologise for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our team at and they will get back to you as soon as they can.

12) Do you provide installation?

Unfortunately we do not provide this service. You may like to get your friendly electrician or plumber to assist you or refer to this link for a list of licensed electrical workers.

13) Does your products come with warranty?

Yes! For more details on the warranty, please refer to our Terms & Conditions or to the individual product description.

14) Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

15) Can we self-collect our order?

We currently do not allow self-collection.
