Terms of service

We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. By purchasing our products, it would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Refunds & Replacements:
We apologize if you have received an incorrect item, you can initiate a refund or an exchange by contacting us at support@lightsandco.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We reserve the right to refund or provide an exchange with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.

Please note that such requests must be made within 14 days from the invoice date and accompanied with the original invoice. We will arrange for a delivery service to pick up the item from you.

Product Warranty:
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery for downlights / track lights and faucets. For lighting fixtures, the warranty period is 6 months (bulbs are excluded from warranty). The warranty is valid only if the item is properly installed, correctly operated and has been under decent maintenance and if there appears a clear manufacturing defect. The original invoice must be submitted together with your request.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, corrosion or a result of defective maintenance. The warranty does not cover either shut-down cost of production or the other consequential damages.

Lights&Co. reserves the right to repair the item, replace with an item of a similar value or provide a refund for the item.

Payment:
Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made. We accept credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard) or Direct Bank Transfer. All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.

Products:
Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker/lighter in reality. For measurements, please allow variance +/- of 3cm. All lighting fixtures are sold without bulbs.

Installation / Advice:
You hold us free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results or adverse situations created as a direct result of specific referral or advice given by us.

Lights&Co. (Exodus Holdings Pte Ltd) reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute, Lights&Co. reserves the right of final decision.
